Q. Does it matter what size my dog is?

A. No. We are happy to walk dogs all shapes and sizes.

Q. What will you do if it’s raining?
A. Even if it’s raining cats and dogs, we will walk your hound! If they have a coat we’ll put it on them and request that you leave a towel out so that when we return your dog we can towel them down. We will leave the dog in the part of the house as requested by you.

Q. Will strangers come in my house to collect my dog?
A. No. Absolutely not. Anthony Doyle is the primary walker and will meet you and your dog before any walks are arranged. Then you will more regularly have either Anthony or full-time team member James as your walker.

Q. What area’s of Liverpool do you cover?
A. We cover the South Liverpool only. For North Liverpool we direct you to our friends at Best Pawz Forward.

Q. How long do you walk the dogs?
A. We walk your dogs for 60 minutes. That does not include travel time.

Q. My dog can be aggressive with other dogs or people and has to wear a muzzle, can you still walk him?
A. At the moment we can only offer group walks to dogs who show no aggression towards other dogs. We hope to be able to offer individual walks again very soon. We also recommend individual 1-2-1 sessions to look at your dog’s behaviour and we can also recommend an experienced dog behaviouralist who we have experience of working with.

Q If you have a key to my home how do I know it'll be safe?
A. The key to your home will be kept on a tag with the name of your dog on it, these will be kept in a locked key cupboard at Hound Hub central. Only Anthony Doyle will have access to this cupboard and all keys will be signed in and out. When out walking we always keep keys secured to our clothing and return them to the key cabinet at the end of the walk. Please be assured there will be no personal information to link the key to your home in the event the key is lost or stolen.
